What You'll Be Doing As a Client Service Representative in the Personal and Business Banking Team you’ll work in a fast‑paced Banking Center, using your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with day‑to‑day banking needs. You’ll answer questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients with the right team members. You are versatile to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and you may be required to work at multiple centres within a reasonable travel distance. The role is on‑site full‑time. How You'll Succeed - Client engagement – Help clients manage their accounts and products, focus on the client experience and make interactions meaningful. Connect clients to the right CIBC team members. - Problem solving – Listen, ask questions, put yourself in the client’s shoes. Take accountability for client issues and know when to involve others for better solutions. - Leveraging technology – Become a technology expert by introducing clients to mobile banking applications and helping them manage their banking needs.
