Key Responsibilities:• Champion Health, Safety, Security, and Environment regulations • Ensure compliance with the Water Sustainability Act • Manage civil and dam safety projects from planning to closeout • Train internal stakeholders on dam safety requirements • Develop inspection templates and review third-party reports

Requirements:• Member of a Canadian engineering association • Experience in hydroelectric project management • Proven expertise in dam safety regulations • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Bilingualism in French&English is a plus
