About the Role We're hiring an Office Manager to own the day-to-day operational backbone of the business — procurement, quoting, accounts, inventory, and office coordination. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who likes wearing multiple hats and keeping everything running smoothly. You'll be the central hub for operational efficiency, working directly with our technical team, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities - Procurement & ordering: Source and order hardware, software, and supplies; obtain quotes and compare pricing; maintain vendor accounts and relationships. - Quoting: Prepare and send customer quotes for products and services (training provided on our technical catalog). - Accounts payable: Process and track vendor invoices and payments. - Accounts receivable: Support payables manager invoicing and collections; generate and circulate AR reports. - Inventory: Maintain accurate physical inventory; receive, track, and reconcile stock. - Office management: Order food and office supplies; keep the workspace organized and well-stocked. - Vehicle coordination: Schedule and track company vehicle maintenance. - General administration: Support smooth daily operations across the office. Qualifications We're looking for someone who brings the following qualities and skills to the role: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Comfort with numbers, accounts, and basic bookkeeping concepts - Confidence learning new tools and systems (we'll train the technical side of quoting and ordering) - Reliable, self-directed, and trustworthy — especially around inventory and accounts - Prior office administration, procurement, or bookkeeping experience an asset - Some technical or IT familiarity is a plus but not required If you're organized, enjoy variety, and want to be part of a team that values trust and quality work, we'd love to hear from you. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year, offering competitive compensation for the role and region. Benefits: $2,500 annual discretionary allowance managed by the Office Manager for professional development, wellness, or work-related expenses. You'll work in a collaborative environment with our technical team, managing the operational functions that keep the business running efficiently. The role requires on-site presence to manage physical inventory, coordinate office operations, and maintain vendor and client relationships.
