Drake International is partnering with a well-established national distribution organization to hire a Distribution Centre Supervisor (Evening Shift) for their Dartmouth operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing evening shift operations, driving team performance, and improving reliability, accuracy, and overall efficiency within a fast-paced warehouse environment.What They Offer

Lead a team of 20+ warehouse staff and lead hands Oversee shipping, order prep, and daily operations Manage attendance, performance, and employee issues Drive productivity, accuracy, and process improvements Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards What We’re Looking For

5+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse/DC Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with WMS systems and MS Office Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Availability to work Sunday to Thursday (evenings) Experience in pharma, food, or regulated environments is an assetIf you’re a hands-on leader who can drive accountability and performance on the floor, apply today.
