Our kitchen is fast-paced, team-driven, and built around consistency and efficiency. Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and energetic Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced takeout environment while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and speed. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and cook menu items such as curries, rice bowls, wraps, proteins, and sauces according to SpiceKit recipes and standards - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Maintain consistency in portioning, taste, and presentation - Work efficiently during high-volume rush periods (lunch/dinner service) - Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations - Assist with prep work (chopping, marinating, portioning) - Keep kitchen clean and organized at all times - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations - Assist in receiving and storing inventory properly Qualifications - Previous experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced kitchen preferred - Ability to work under pressure and handle high-order volumes - Strong attention to detail and consistency - Basic knowledge of food safety standards - Team player with a positive attitude - Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs - Flexible availability (weekends and evenings required) Nice to Have - Experience with Indian or fusion cuisine - Experience in quick-service or takeout-focused kitchens - Food Handler Certification What We Offer - Competitive hourly wage + tips (if applicable) - Flexible scheduling - Staff meals/discounts - Chance to grow within the company - Supportive and energetic team environment How to Apply Send your resume to or apply in-store.
