Our client is growing their engineering team and is seeking Electrical Engineers across a range of experience levels, from junior/intermediate professionals to senior-level specialists. Successful candidates will work closely with experienced engineering teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to support the design, integration, testing, and delivery of advanced electrical systems throughout the vessel construction lifecycle. If this sounds like you, please apply directly or send your resume to Responsibilities - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide technical oversight, engineering expertise, and project support - Assist in the development of electrical designs, technical specifications, engineering documentation, and project deliverables - Review engineering documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements, classification society rules, regulatory standards, and shipyard processes - Support procurement activities related to electrical equipment and integrated shipboard systems, including vendor coordination and technical evaluations - Contribute to testing, commissioning, engineering change management, and technical risk mitigation throughout the design and construction lifecycle Qualifications - Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline - Registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Engineers Nova Scotia - Open to a range of experience levels, with multiple positions available from junior/intermediate through senior engineering professionals - Working knowledge of integrated electrical systems within industrial, marine, manufacturing, defense, or large infrastructure environments - Familiarity with engineering standards, technical documentation, project delivery methodologies, and quality/compliance processes - Robust communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in team-oriented project environments Pay: $70,000 - $95,000 annual salary 5 days on site in Halifax, Nova Scotia Please note that the posted pay range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
