Sr. Implementation Specialist, Payroll
ADP is hiring a Sr. Implementation Specialist, Payroll. Your responsibilities include leading the payroll aspects of system setup and integration, ensuring quality implementation, training clients, and providing post‑go‑live support. What you’ll do: Responsibilities
Ensure quality implementation and setup of ADP’s WFN implementation methodology. Analyze, configure, and understand the client’s payroll requirements to properly set up the WFN environment. Conduct training, testing, and validation with the client before the first go‑live. Oversee various accounts from project initiation through all phases of the implementation.Manage project risks and escalations, resolving issues promptly. Follow up on open project‑related items and maintain project task milestones and due dates. Strive to achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes. Collaborate with customers and team members to achieve desired project results.To succeed in this role: Required Qualifications
Post‑secondary education or related business experience. PCP certification (asset) or fundamental NPI courses. 2+ years of experience in payroll or a related field. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience working directly with clients. Exceptional client‑managementand strong interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently, be resourceful, and a strong team player. Proficiency in Excel. Quebec candidates: French is required for Quebec‑based roles, and English is also required for global interactions. Preferred Qualifications
Skillful at organizing, scheduling, and leading effective meetings. Proficient at multitasking, probing, analyzing, and solving problems. Meticulous attention to detail with strong follow‑through.
