Forklift Operator (Delta)

Audley Coatings Limited, a top-tier painting services organization in Delta, British Columbia, together with its associated company Ideal Welders Limited, is currently in search of Forklift Operators to join us at our facility on Annacis Island. With exciting goals for the future of our organization, we are currently growing our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and make a meaningful impact in the execution of a large-scale structural fabrication project within the marine/shipbuilding sector. Highlights of job duties include: - Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment - Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility and job sites - Assist with shipping, receiving, and yard organization - Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks - Support crews with material movement and operational needs Here’s what we’re seeking in the successful candidate: - Valid forklift certification - Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or shipyard settings - Experience handling oversized or heavy materials preferred - Safety-minded, with a commitment to following established HSE policies at all times - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and changing project demands - Flexibility and willingness to assist with varying tasks and operational requirements as needed - Strong communication skills - A positive and team-oriented approach to work.
