We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for the seasonal period from April 2026 to October 2026 at our Delta, BC dealership . Both full time and part-time seasonal positions are available, with an hourly wage range of $20–$22 , based on experience and qualifications. Who You Are Fluent in German, Dutch, or Mandarin Passionate about helping people start their vacation journey on the right note Excited to work with an international clientele and be part of meaningful travel moments What You’ll Do Welcome customers with a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic approach Guide customers through their RV rental experience from pick‑up to return Walk customers through paperwork clearly and confidently Demonstrate RV features (truck campers and motorhomes), helping customers feel ready for the road Check in returning RVs and resolve concerns efficiently and positively Support other departments as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience What You Bring Fluency in English plus German, Dutch, or Mandarin Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a quick‑paced environment A positive, energetic personality and a genuine passion for customer experience Ability to work weekends and collaborate with a team A desire to help turn vacation plans into lifelong memories How to Apply If you love working with people and want to play a role in creating unforgettable travel experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
