About Us: We are a premier manufacturer specializing in body enhancement prosthetics. We're on the lookout for an individual who can complement our dynamic (and super fun!) work environment, bringing both skill and creativity to the table. Role Overview: As a quality control and packaging associate, you will fill a key position in the daily production cycle. Your day-to-day will involve inspection of product, precision trimming and touch-up work, packaging and labeling, as well as record keeping and scheduling of production items. Ability to multi-task is critical. Key Responsibilities: - Operate specialized machinery and trim and finish products. - Careful inspection of products. - Prepare packaging materials and ensure accurate labeling and delivery to the shipping department. - Engage in computer-based record-keeping. - Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently when required. Qualifications: - Prior experience in an artistic/creative domain; special effects, prop making, or airbrushing experience is highly advantageous. - Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Computer literate, with some experience working with spreadsheets and databases. - Capable of occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. - Strong attention to detail, good eyesight, and hand-eye coordination. - Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits: - Starting at $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on skill progression. - Dental care. - Extended health care.
