With our rapid growth, we have 28 stores across North America to-date and more to come! We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team! About the Role We are seeking a hands-on and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, team management, and inventory control. This role ensures efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and supporting overall business operations in a rapid-paced environment. Team Leadership & Supervision - Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping - Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet operational timelines - Ensure efficient workflow and optimize warehouse processes - Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy - Monitor team performance and provide ongoing support and guidance Inventory Control & Accuracy - Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock control - Ensure proper organization and storage of products - Conduct regular checks to maintain data accuracy and minimize discrepancies - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures - Operate forklifts and oversee safe equipment usage within the warehouse Reporting & Cross-Functional Support - Prepare reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and operational issues - Collaborate with internal teams to support business needs What You’ll Need - Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience with people management responsibilities - Must have valid BC forklift license - Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, fashion retail, or pharmacy warehouse operations is highly preferred - Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin and/or Cantonese communication, with the ability to read Chinese, are highly desirable. - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, - High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency - Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment - Reliable with the ability to commute daily to the warehouse location - Able to uplift 15kgs and familiar with pallet jacket operation Vacancy type: Backfill Kiokii Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
