Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way which builds brand awareness and supports community needs. They will work cross functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers. Location & Schedule This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the U.S, Canada, Latin America and as well as Europe and the Middle East, since we can hire worldwide. However, the role requires working hours aligned with Central Standard Time (CST) to ensure consistent collaboration with internal teams and timely support coverage for the community. What You’ll Do - Manage day-to-day community support across forums, support channels, and other platforms for FAB and EGS - Respond to and triage developer and seller inquiries, including store setup, publishing, and account-related issues - Partner with internal teams to escalate issues, track resolutions, and close the loop with the community - Identify and surface recurring issues, bugs, and friction points to improve the overall developer experience - Support documentation and communication efforts to proactively address common questions and reduce support volume - Help maintain a consistent, high-quality support experience across all touchpoints - Work with social media managers to generate social content that will drive communications - Plan social content and maintain a content calendar What We’re Looking For - Experience in community support, platform support, or developer relations - Familiarity with digital storefronts, creator marketplaces, or publishing workflows - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage and prioritize inbound support requests - Transparent communicator who can translate complex issues into actionable guidance - Self-starter with a strong execution mindset and attention to detail Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 3+ years' in marketing, advertising or related role - Strong written and verbal communication skills Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o10ny
