STRIVE is collaborating with a leading distributor seeking a Logistics Coordinator. In this office and outdoor role, you will coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, dispatch drivers, and manage material loading. This shift-based position operates from 6:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities: • Organize and schedule deliveries efficiently • Prepare and verify shipping documents meticulously • Maintain detailed records of all shipments • Communicate with drivers, monitoring their status • Inspect shipments for accuracy and condition Requirements: • 2+ years in Dispatcher or Logistics Coordination • Familiarity with BC road regulations and routes • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel • Extraordinary communication skills, both written and verbal • Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Support effective logistics operations through coordination, communication, and fantastic customer service at STRIVE.
