The Role The main duties of the Logistics Coordinator include working in the office as well as outdoors, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, and dispatching drivers'' routes, as well as supporting loading materials, and providing updates on the status of client shipments. This position covers shift timesfully on-sitefrom 6:00 . to 2:30 . Monday to Friday. Responsibilities Organize and schedule deliveries for orders Prepare and check shipping documents against production records Keep detailed records of all shipments Give clear instructions and guidance to drivers. Monitoring driver status and keeping close communication with them Maintain skilled communication with clients, vendors, and carriers via email, phone calls, and in-person Inspect shipments for correctness and damage.
