Key Responsibilities:• Provide administrative support to multiple departments • Execute reception duties, including answering calls and visiting guests • Maintain and organize business licenses and office records • Coordinate office supplies and procurement processes • Assist in employee onboarding and training setups
Requirements:• Minimum diploma in Business Administration or related field • At least 1 year in an administrative support role • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams
