Key Responsibilities:• Operate the phone system and manage visitor inquiries • Prepare and type documents and reports for distribution • Organize filing and maintain official records daily • Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently • Coordinate meetings and arrange logistics for events

Requirements:• Completion of Grade 12 and Office Administration Certificate • At least 1 year of relevant experience or a suitable combination • Excellent communication abilities in English, verbally and written • Typing speed of 40 words per minute or more • Experience with standard office software and equipment
