Logistics coordinator (Delta)

- Education: - Expérience: - Education - College/CEGEP - Tasks - Oversee operational logistics of the organization - Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization - Perform routine clerical duties - Perform general office duties - Prepare and maintain progress and other reports - Provide customer service - Train workers in duties and policies - Co-ordinate, assign and review work - Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders - Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations - Follow-up on issues with work orders - Keep track of shipments - Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices - Process and transmit information and instructions to co-ordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment - Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment - Experience - 1 to less than 7 months - Support for newcomers and refugees - Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work setting for newcomers and/or refugees - Support for youths - Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth - Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth - Durée de l'emploi: Permanent - Langue de travail: Anglais - Heures de travail: 40 hours per week Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ogkmh
