Key Responsibilities:• Oversee and assign mechanical maintenance work orders • Develop and prioritize maintenance work scopes effectively • Improve machinery reliability through regular upgrades • Prepare detailed estimates of repair costs and timelines • Engage in troubleshooting and emergency response efforts

Requirements:• Hold Red Seal Millwright Journeyman or equivalent certification • In-depth knowledge of safe work practices • Experience supervising in a cement manufacturing environment preferred • Familiarity with union environments is a plus • Excellent communication and organizational skills
