This position requires being available full time, 40 hours a week for 1 year.

What’s in it for you? Monday – Friday schedule Day shifts – 8:30 am – 5pm Pay rate – $24/hr Paid weekly – We pay every Friday!

Job Details

Create freight bill of ladings

Process orders, forms, applications, requests, updating forms&reports

Manage customers’ accounts

Obtain, evaluate and handle all relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints promptly

Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Follow up on customer interactions

Providing B2B customer support

Willing to work occasional extended hours during peak periods
