We're looking for an experienced construction leader to take ownership of large-scale projects and guide them from early planning through successful completion. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing complexity, leading teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Role Overview As a Senior Project Leader, you will oversee all aspects of major construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with company standards. You'll work closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients while driving performance across every phase of the project.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from pre‑construction through final completion

Manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, and change orders

Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and municipal authorities

Direct project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

Oversee project documentation, reporting, and overall performance

Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects

Proven ability to oversee large, multi‑million‑dollar builds

Strong leadership, organization, and decision‑making skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an asset

Understanding of permitting, zoning, and municipal processes in British Columbia preferred

Alignment with a team‑oriented, accountable, and client‑focused work style

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 annually, based on experience
