Assistant Controller (Delta)

We are looking for a motivated Senior Accountant / Inventory & Operations Specialist to join our Delta clients team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting functions, inventory reconciliation, reporting, and month-end processes. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and processing facilities to ensure accurate financial records, timely documentation, and smooth coordination across accounting, inventory, and sales support functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly designated CPA or an advanced CPA student who is ready to grow their career in a agile environment. Key Responsibilities Support a broad range of accounting activities, including reviewing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Coordinate with processing facilities to obtain production records and ensure all inventory-related documentation is received on time. Record production, inventory transfers, and shipments in the accounting and inventory systems. Prepare production and inventory-related reports for internal use. Reconcile inventory between the accounting system and inventory system to ensure accuracy and completeness. Provide accounting support to the Sales and Accounts Receivable teams. Reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including preparing journal entries.
