Key Responsibilities:• Perform inspections and repairs on boilers and related systems • Troubleshoot and maintain greenhouse equipment • Work with R&D to maintain operational efficiency• Organize and track maintenance supplies systematically • Enforce health and safety regulations within the facility

Requirements:• Minimum 5 years in a mechanical/electrical environment • Relevant vocational training or certification preferred • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for 8-hour shifts • Pass an RCMP criminal record check for security clearance
