In this office and outdoor role, you will coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, dispatch drivers, and manage material loading. This shift-based position operates from 6:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and schedule deliveries efficiently - Prepare and verify shipping documents meticulously - Maintain detailed records of all shipments - Communicate with drivers, monitoring their status - Inspect shipments for accuracy and condition Requirements: - 2+ years in Dispatcher or Logistics Coordination - Familiarity with BC road regulations and routes - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel - Extraordinary communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment Support efficient logistics operations through coordination, communication, and fantastic customer service at STRIVE.
