We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our Delta, BC warehouse team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment. This is a vital role in our warehouse distribution process. We ensure that our teammates receive proper training so they can confidently provide excellent customer service to our customers every time they visit - Career growth opportunities with a strong “promote from within” philosophy providing advancement opportunities for all levels - Bi-weekly pay - Direct Deposit - Safety vest provided on the first day - Optional RRSP/DPSP benefits - Exciting incentive and rewards programs Responsibilities: - Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to locate and pick items for customer orders - Build and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently - Verify the accuracy of picked orders and ensure that all picked orders are properly labeled and staged for shipping - Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment - Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals - Repetitive lifting of items up to 50lbs Requirements: - Safety shoes (Must be steel-toed) - Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is an asset - Proficient in order-picking techniques and procedures - Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a bonus - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required - Excellent organizational skills to prioritize work effectively - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Available Shift(s) Offered: - Shifts Offered: - 8 hour Shifts: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Pay: $19.00 - $19.00 Hourly If an hourly or salary range is included in this ad it represents the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
