Crew Member- Delta Pita Pit

A Pita Pit Crew Member is the face of the restaurant, responsible for providing quick, friendly service, preparing fresh meals to order, and maintaining a spotless dining environment. Ideal candidates possess high energy, strong multitasking abilities, and a passion for customer engagement. - Customer Service: Welcome guests, help them navigate the menu, and engage in genuine conversation while preparing their food. - Food Preparation: Assemble pitas to order by slicing, dicing, and grilling meats and fresh vegetables, and rolling pitas perfectly according to recipe standards. - POS & Cashiering: Accurately process customer transactions, make change, and suggest upselling items like smoothies or cookies. - Sanitation: Maintain rigorous cleanliness standards by sweeping floors, wiping down counters, washing dishes, sanitizing food prep stations, and cleaning restrooms. - Stocking: Restock the front service display cases, coolers, and prep areas to ensure a steady, visually appealing inventory. Qualifications & Requirements - Experience: Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training is provided. - Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, frequently bend and lift, and work in a fast-paced, occasionally high-stress environment. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication to clearly interact with customers and collaborate seamlessly with coworkers. - Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, or weekends, to match the store's operating hours.
