About Us: ELFi First School is a leading early childhood education center dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. We believe in fostering the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of every child. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. Job Description: The ECE Inafnat/Toddler Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children aged 1 to 3 years. The teacher will design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote developmental milestones, support social and emotional growth, and encourage creativity and exploration. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement daily lesson plans and activities that align with the developmental needs of toddlers. - Create a positive learning environment that is both safe and stimulating. - Monitor and assess each child's development and communicate progress with parents and guardians. - Maintain classroom order and structure, ensuring that all children are engaged and participating. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience. - Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care at all times. - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, needs, and any concerns. - Follow all state regulations and guidelines for early childhood education. - Attend and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: - Early Childhood Education REQUIRED - Minimum of 2 years of full time experience working with toddlers in an early childhood education setting. - Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with a team. - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). - A warm, nurturing, and patient demeanor.
