Position: Millwright Supervisor (Experienced, Red Seal Required) Note: Please apply only if you have **7+ years of proven experience** in industrial maintenance, machinery installation, and project supervision. We are seeking a seasoned leader who can oversee projects, mentor team members, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on every job. What You'll Do: - Lead and supervise a team of millwrights and technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery - Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely - Oversee the disassembly, reassembly, and installation of machinery across various sites - Review machinery manuals, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper procedures are followed - Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues, minimizing downtime - Collaborate with engineers, construction teams, and clients to meet project requirements - Conduct site assessments to identify potential problems or needs before work commences - Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company policies - Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed and materials used Key Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Millwright, with a strong background in industrial machinery installation, maintenance, and repair - Proven experience in supervising or leading a team of tradespeople - Red Seal certification as a Millwright - Extensive hands-on experience with machinery in manufacturing, lumber mills, or similar industries - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to travel regularly to various job sites across the lower mainland - Welding experience is an asset Why Join Coast Industrial Services? - Opportunity for growth within a dynamic and expanding company - Work on diverse projects in different industries - Supportive team environment that values safety, innovation, and teamwork - Competitive compensation package If you meet the qualifications and are ready to lead challenging projects with a reputable company, we invite you to apply.
