Restaurant Floor Manager/Supervisor The RiverHouse Restaurant and Pub is looking for an experienced Floor Manager/Supervisor. Perfect waterfront location, 300+ seats including outdoor patio. You will be responsible for leading, motivating and engaging your FOH team to deliver the highest standard. Duties & Responsibilities: - Motivate and coach staff to work together as a team to ensure standards are consistently attained - Hire, train, schedule, and discipline employees - Provide leadership and support at any time to any position in need - Coordinate with event planner for large groups or events - Communicate guest requests with management team - Resolve Guest Complaints Position Requirements: - 1 year experience in the same or a similar role - Energetic Team Leader with the ability to motivate team to produce accurate, complete and quality work - Attention to detail, takes initiative, has a hands-on approach - Thrives in a fast-paced workplace; works well under pressure - Able to build positive rapport and communicate easily with colleagues and staff and customers - Good interpersonal skills, ability to obtain information, determine course of action and follow through to successful resolution - Ability to work restaurant operating hours (weekends, nights and holidays), scheduling flexibility is a bonus.
