You'll play a key role in both Customer Success and Field Service teams, ensuring exceptional experiences and operational excellence. Your proactive nature will drive process improvements while supporting service coordination and communications with our customers. Key Responsibilities:• Deliver exceptional experiences as a customer contact • Ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions for customer requests • Coordinate with teams regarding service and technical support • Maintain detailed customer records and documentation • Assist in scheduling and quoting service activities
Requirements:• 1-3 years of customer service experience • Excellent written and verbal communication • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications • Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail • High school diploma or equivalent education required
