Night Owl Kitchen + Bar is officially launching in Delta, and we are building an elite Grand Opening team. This is a completely remodelled, brand new premium establishment bringing something the city has been missing for years. Elevated food. A strong cocktail and bar program. A high-energy atmosphere. We are seeking experienced Servers who have worked in reputable restaurants or bars and understand the standards, pace, and professionalism required in a premium hospitality setting. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional, high-energy guest experiences from start to finish Take accurate orders using POS systems and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams Serve food and beverages while maintaining elevated presentation standards Confidently recommend and upsell menu items, cocktails, and features Manage multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment Handle payments and cash accurately Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards Contribute to a polished, team-first culture during our grand opening and beyond Qualifications: Minimum 2 years serving experience in reputable restaurants or bars Experience in well-recognized hospitality brands preferred Strong understanding of food and beverage service Professional appearance and strong work ethic Ability to thrive in high-volume, premium environments Passion, dedication, and pride in hospitality Why Join Night Owl?
