You will collaborate closely with classroom teachers and Learning Support Team members to create tailored educational plans, facilitate intensive reading, writing, and numeracy instruction, and engage with families for holistic development. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with a cross-categorical Learning Support Team Provide direct instruction for reading, writing, and numeracy Manage development and reporting for IEPs and AIPs Implement Universal Design for Learning strategies Collaborate with students and families on service referrals Requirements: Diploma or Master's in Inclusive Education preferred Teaching qualifications for the assigned grade level Experience with inclusive education courses required May require qualifications for Level B assessments Preferably CPI trained Leverage your teaching skills to impact learners positively at Devon Gardens Elementary.
