Role Overview As a Lead Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll serve as the driving force on-site, coordinating teams and keeping projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

Direct all field operations from project startup through final completion

Lead site teams, subcontractors, and trades to ensure productivity and quality

Coordinate schedules, inspections, and material deliveries

Monitor progress and address challenges to keep projects on track

Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations

Track and manage site documentation, reports, and daily logs

Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders

Represent the company professionally in all client and partner interactions

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction

Proven ability to manage large, multi-million-dollar projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and building codes

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is an asset

Team-oriented mindset aligned with accountability, respect, and collaboration

Compensation&Benefits

Salary: $95,000-$120,000 annually, based on experience
