This seasonal position requires direct communication with the Terminal Manager and other staff to oversee terminal operations effectively. You'll play a key role in directing traffic, addressing passenger questions, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of terminal facilities in a physically active role.

Key Responsibilities:• Direct traffic during loading procedures • Communicate updates via radio and phone • Maintain cleanliness of terminal surroundings • Assist passengers with travel information • Operate vehicles and assist with dock operations

Requirements:• At least one year of customer service experience • Clean Class 5 or 7N Drivers License • Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks • Comfort with graveyard shifts • Preference for Occupational First Aid Level 3
