Key Responsibilities: - Assess clients' functional capacity and occupational performance - Provide individual and group treatments for mental health clients - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for recovery priorities - Support clients with community navigation and resources - Develop and coordinate rehabilitation programs Requirements: - Current registration with College of Health and Care Professionals of BC - Two years' experience in community mental health settings - Knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation approaches - Valid B.C.
