Senior Technology Operations Analyst– SAP BASIS Developer – Managed Services Practice – Dieppe, New Other locations: Primary Location Only

Your key responsibilities

Provide end‑to‑end SAP BASIS support across DEV, QA, and Production environments

Monitor SAP systems for availability, performance, background jobs, spool, and system health

Handle incident, problem, and service request tickets in line with SLAs and support procedures

Support patching, kernel upgrades, and support packs under change management processes

Manage user administration, roles, authorizations, and audit‑related activities

Troubleshoot BASIS issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams

Skills and attributes for success

Strong verbal and written communication skills are important.

Ability to work collaboratively within diverse technical teams.

To qualify for the role you must have

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

Approximately 3+ years of hands‑on SAP BASIS experience, preferably in Managed Services (AMS), Application Support, or Production Support environments.

Ideally, you’ll also have

SAP BASIS or SAP HANA certification

Experience with Cloud or hybrid SAP environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Basic scripting abilities (Shell, PowerShell, Python)
