About us Our work environment includes: - Brand recent facility - Modern office setting - Growth opportunities - Relaxed atmosphere Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them - Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar - Communicate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes - Recommend additional services to customers that will improve the longevity and overall satisfaction with their vehicle. - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain a clean and organized work area Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns - Experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred - Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Sales skills to effectively sell services our customers need.
