Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role based in Riverview, NB. The Lawyer will manage legal cases, provide advice to clients, and prepare legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings. The position involves representing clients at court hearings, conducting legal research, drafting and managing files and the needs of clients. The Lawyer will work closely with clients to address legal challenges and provide legal solutions. Qualifications Robust legal knowledge, including legal research, case management, and compliance Drafting and reviewing court documents, real estate documents, agreements, and other legal documents Litigation skills, including courtroom advocacy and case preparation Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including legal writing Ability to build and maintain skilled relationships with clients and colleagues Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases effectively License to practice law and membership in good standing with the relevant bar association Experience in family law, corporate law, or real estate law is an asset - hands on assistance is also provided .
