General Labourer (Port Elgin)

We specialize in excavation and haulage, septic systems, aggregates, lot clearing & tree grinding, and water, storm and sewer services. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated General Labourer to join our team. Responsibilities: - Prepare and clean-up work sites - Load, unload, and move construction materials - Assist with demolition, remove debris from site - Lay service pipe - Operate various power tools, machines, and other equipment as directed Required Qualifications: - Valid G Driver’s Licence - Driving record check is required upon hiring Required Skills & Experience: - Previous experience working in construction an asset - Strong work ethic, a positive attitude and willingness to learn new things - Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Self-motivated & able to prioritize and multitask while working independently - Lift 50 pounds or more - Dependable and committed to safety Job Details: - Monday to Friday day shifts - Negotiable rate of pay based on experience - Benefits and matching RRSP plan after 6 months - Opportunities to train for other roles – Truck Driver, Equipment Operator et - Pays $19.00/hour to $28.00 per hour depending on skills & experience If you are interested, please submit your resume to or drop off at 4996 Hwy 21, Port Elgin by March 20, 2026.
