The Job We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to support yard operations and customer service activities in an outdoor work environment. This role requires a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and consistent attendance. Why You Should Apply 17.00/hour Weekly -Pay Start Working ASAP Responsibilities The key responsibilities for this position include providing excellent customer service by responding to customer needs professionally, while actively supporting general yard operations such as clean-up and site maintenance. The successful candidate will be expected to work safely at all times, follow proper lifting techniques, and participate in the organizations safety culture, including training and incident reporting. This role requires maintaining punctuality and strong attendance, assisting customers and site operations as needed, and being comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Additional duties may be assigned as required, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced setting is essential. Requirements The ideal candidate will be a reliable, self-motivated individual who is able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace. Strong interpersonal skills are required, along with excellent oral and written communication abilities in English. The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately is essential, as is the capacity to multitask and remain organized under pressure. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including in a customer-facing role.
