The Mission To be a welcoming face and voice to our visitors and callers. To efficiently direct calls, e-mails, faxes, website messages and text messages to appropriate internal parties.
The "Worry Pas Spirit" I have a positive, "glass-half-full" attitude and love making someone's day easier.
Bilingual - I can easily pivot between French and English easily.
I enjoy helping others - I don't hesitate to provide assistance to my colleague when in need.
I'm keen on serving superior customer service - in person, over the phone, or digitally - and believe in treating people the way I would want to be treated.
This said, I can "shake off" the occasional tough call, and not let it ruin my day.
I have good work references - I have made great connections with my previous/current employers.
Qualifications
1-3 years of Experience in Administrative, or Client Facing roles.
Fluently Bilingual in English and French -- Communication, Reading, Speaking.
High School diploma.
Previous experience and hands-on knowledge in operating a phone system (We use 3CX).
Multi-tasker, Friendly, and loves helping people.
Responsibilities
Create a welcoming environment and make a good first impression of our company by greeting our guests and answering phone calls, e-mails, and DMs.
Direct incoming calls, messages (e-mail, text, and from the web site) to the appropriate internal parties timely and professionally.
Timely address the needs of our walk-in guests by identifying the right person for the to meet.
Keep up to date with all events in the staff calendars (absences, lunches, meetings) in order to direct calls, visitors, and messages correctly to ensure the wait times are minimal.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments.
Coordinate internal mail such as transferring documents between our offices.
Schedule&Benefits
Monday to Friday
8:30 - 5pm (Approx)
