JOB DESCRIPTION Midland Transport Limited is currently seeking a professional
Class 1 Michelin Team Truck Driver . The driver/team can be based out of any major city in the Maritimes, including, but not limited to, Fredericton, Moncton, Halifax, Saint John, and Charlottetown. The selected candidate will be a reliable person with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing superior quality service.
What We Offer
Pay rate: $0.361 per mile.
Safety and fuel bonus paid quarterly.
Pick‑ups, drops and wait times are paid (restrictions apply).
Uniform allowance.

Responsibilities
Run Linehaul from the Maritimes to South Carolina– 2 trips each run and 3 days off between runs.
Deliver freight to assigned locations ensuring timely delivery.
Offload variable shipment weight and handle freight equipment properly and safely to avoid damage.
Communicate efficiently with the central dispatch and customers.
Operate tractor‑trailer in accordance with company safety regulations while following traffic laws.
Perform pre‑trip, en‑route and post‑trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the truck operation.
Report any incident, accident, injury or damage in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Class 1 driver’s license with a minimum of 4 years of safe, commercial tractor‑trailer driving experience.
Clean driver’s abstract and criminal search.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Eligibility to receive a FAST card.
Eligibility to cross the border with the U.S.
Familiarity with satellite navigation systems.
Excellent communication skills, work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. using proper equipment.
Safety conscious.
Must have flexibility to work various shifts: days, evenings, nights, weekends.
