Part-time Bookkeeper, Dieppe

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliableBookkeeperto join our team on a part-time basis (minimum of 20 hours per week). The successful candidate will manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accuracy in our accounting records, and support our leadership team with timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Record and reconcile daily transactions using QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare and submit HST filings.

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.

Assist with payroll preparation and expense tracking.

Support management with financial reporting and analysis as needed.

Qualifications

Proven bookkeeping experience (minimum 2 years preferred).

Strong proficiency withQuickBooks Online (QBO).

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Experience in construction or renovation industries is considered an asset.

Work Schedule&Compensation
