Security and Loss Mitigation Associate, Dieppe

Drive store safety and security as an Asset Protection Associate. Conduct thorough investigations and daily patrols to ensure a secure environment for all visitors and associates.

In this position, you will focus on creating an effective work environment while demonstrating professionalism. Daily responsibilities include securing the store through patrols, investigating financial losses, and supporting emergency evacuation protocols. Collaborate with leadership to address shrink and participate in investigations of various incidents.

Key Responsibilities:• Make daily patrols to ensure store security • Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents • Communicate findings to Store Leadership promptly • Support emergency procedures for store evacuation • Assist with assigned investigation responsibilities

Requirements:• Must be at least 16 years old • Valid Security Guard License is required • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to clarify complex issues effectively • Commitment to maintaining a professional environment
