Logistics and Shipping Operator, Cobequid Bay north shore (Springhill)

Drive logistics excellence as a Logistics and Shipping Operator in a dynamic manufacturing setting. You will handle shipping documentation, oversee transport schedules, and manage shipping processes on-site.

This position requires a secondary school graduation certificate and experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months. Expertise in handling freight, database management, and effective communication is crucial. You'll collaborate closely with material handlers to ensure timely shipment and compliance with shipping protocols.

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare bills of lading and invoice documents • Determine shipping methods and schedules • Pack and organize goods for shipment • Maintain internal shipping records and oversee staff • Identify and address any shipment discrepancies

Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent required • Experience between 1 to 7 months needed • Familiarity with MS Outlook, MS Windows, and ERP software • Ability to handle loads up to 100 lbs • Strong judgment and organizational skills
