Key Responsibilities:• Support the Project Manager in overall project performance • Prepare comprehensive reports and schedules for clients • Estimate costs and assist in financial projections • Develop quality control programs and design documentation • Maintain effective coordination with trades and subcontractors

Requirements:• Graduate of a Construction Management program or related field • 1-3 years of experience in mechanical construction helpful • Proficient in MS Office applications and CAD software • Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills • Familiarity with Procore software is advantageous
