Assistant Manager (Amherst)

We're looking someone with extensive experience in restaurant operations to manage our busy Wendy's locations. This individual should have a passion for people, customer service, teamwork and executing procedures and standards effectively and consistently. As the Assistant Manager here at Wendy’s you are responsible for assisting the General Manager: -Training, development and supervision of up to 15 team members in a busy environment. -Sales forecasting, scheduling, inventory and cash control, restaurant upkeep. -Excellent customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences. Connecting with our customers and ensuring a great visit. -Supervise food production and assembly, uphold procedures, standards and quality control. -Uphold Health and Safety Standards, restaurant and workplace condition maintained. -Address customer complaints and concerns. -Have a desire to gain experience to help you be successful in your career.
