Production Associate (Port Elgin)

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing environment in Tiverton, ON. This role is ideal for individuals who learn quickly, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing high-quality products. No prior manufacturing experience is required - just a great attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to work as part of a dynamic team. Manufacturing experience not required You are a fast-learner with strong attention to detail and have excellent time-management skills. You will be expected to operate or work near moving machinery. Personal protective equipment required: safety shoes This position will require the flexibility to work in numerous areas in the facility. This will mean that the exposures/demands may change throughout your placement time. Have a proven track record of possessing a proactive mindset in the areas of safety, quality, productivity and waste reduction. You will be a member of a highly efficient team that needs to be dynamic and flexible to respond to business needs, scheduling, and loading Able to work a set scheduled shift schedule up to 40 hours Qualifications: Must have a clear criminal background Must have meticulous attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to carry out often repetitive tasks at a continuously high level of quality Willingness and flexibility to complete any task that may be required Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Cannabis Industry Personal protective equipment required: safety shoes Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
