The Role As a Relief Customer Service Representative, you will drive multiple delivery routes, deliver products, and provide exceptional customer service on a flexible schedule.

What you’ll do Delivery Route Operations and Safety Procedures

Navigate multiple delivery routes across Lower Mainland, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.

Work various routes, areas, and schedules as required.

Work a schedule of 40+ hours per week, varying each week from Monday to Sunday, with shifts from 4am to 8pm.

Conduct vehicle inspections and report issues promptly.

Load the vehicle efficiently and anticipate product shortfalls.

Use safe lifting techniques for securing goods.

Drive truck safely to designated customer locations.

Product Delivery and Pickup

Deliver and retrieve uniforms, linens, towels, mats, cleaning products, and other rental items.

Confirm accurate delivery quantities and review inventories and storage areas.

Collect soiled goods and secure them in the vehicle.

Customer Service and Sales

Secure electronic signatures for invoices and collect necessary payments.

Communicate consistently with key customer contacts, building rapport and adding value.

Seek customer feedback to enhance service levels and address inquiries promptly.

Consult with customers on additional product options, involving the manager when necessary.

Collaborate weekly with the manager to devise solutions for current customer needs and identify cross‑selling opportunities.

Post‑Delivery Procedures, Reporting, and Professional Standards

Unload and organize soiled goods upon return to the branch.

Report vehicle accidents, mechanical issues, or malfunctions promptly.

Maintain vehicle tidiness and reconcile delivery data accurately during route settlement.

Demonstrate and develop competencies aligned with the role.

Uphold company values of integrity, respect, responsibility, and trust.

We are looking for individuals who have

Availability to work a flexible schedule and variable routes.

A High School Diploma.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract required).

Experience in physically demanding roles with heavy lifting.

Proven customer service, sales, and delivery experience.

A track record of punctual attendance.

Customer‑focused and detail‑oriented attributes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Lifting ability of 25 lb. to load/unload product from truck without assistance and occasionally 50+ lb., including bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.
