Mobile Security Operator - Region Moncton/Dieppe - Current Brunswick Paladin Security Group (NB) Ltd. is looking for individuals who could work in multiple environments. Position Details: Position: Mobile Security Operator Pay: Bi-weekly Overtime: Overtime (excess of 44 hours) Posting Date: May 21, 2026 Internal Closing Date: June 4, 2026 External Closing Date: June 4, 2026 Key responsibilities: - Patrol Grounds: Patrol the site by foot and vehicle to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access. - Monitor Surveillance Systems: Operate security cameras and alarm systems, ensuring any suspicious activity is reported immediately to the appropriate authorities. - Access Control: Monitor and control entry points, ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed access to restricted areas. - Respond to Emergencies: Act quickly in emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, fire alarms, or security threats. Assist staff as needed during crises and evacuations. - Provide Customer Service: Enforce rules, control access points, and de-escalate situations with professionalism. - Conflict Resolution: De-escalate tense situations, resolve conflicts, and ensure that all interactions are handled calmly and professionally. - Report Writing: Document daily activities, incidents, or accidents accurately. Complete reports on incidents, breaches, and security concerns. - Collaboration with Staff: Work closely with staff and local law enforcement to provide a coordinated security effort and ensure the safety of all parties involved.
