Finance Analyst Dieppe

Description Reporting to the Corporate Finance Lead, the Finance Analyst regularly interacts with mid-to-senior level management to provide timely information and financial reports. This role plays a key part in consolidated reporting, financial analysis, and strategic support across the Moncton Group of Companies. Responsibilities Prepare and deliver consolidated weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and analytical reports for the Moncton Group of Companies, providing timely insights to senior management. Support risk management activities through the maintenance and analysis of hedge documentation for foreign exchange and commodities. Assist in the preparation, analysis and review of quarterly Benchmark Files. Prepare, maintain, and analyze consolidated cash flow, capital expenditure reports, and month‑end balance sheet analysis to support financial oversight and decision‑making. Maintenance of the monthly and quarterly Financial Covenant Reports. Lead and support multiple concurrent projects by providing financial analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities, business improvements, and areas for continuous improvement. Qualifications CPA is required for this role. Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance. 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel. Experience in financial audits with strong knowledge of proper financial statement and note disclosure. Robust knowledge of Canadian Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises. Experience with TM1 and Microsoft CoPilot is considered an asset. Robust communication and presentation skills with ability to comfortably communicate at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail and data interpretation skills. Ability to adapt to a fast paced, agile working environment.
